The Program Registry includes information on intervention programs throughout the US that are targeting physical activity and/or nutrition in young people. This database includes all the programs that have completed the Shaping America’s Youth Survey since it was initiated in November 2003, and that requested that their program be included in this registry. The descriptive information was provided by the individual programs.
